I COACH CLUB SESSIONS

A BIT ABOUT ME

Kara grew up playing squash as a junior, competing in tournaments from an early age. She went on to play in women's squash leagues, where she found her love for the sport deepened by being part of a strong, supportive female squash community.

Kara is an England Squash Talent Development Coach (Level 3) and a full-time coach with additional expertise in strength and conditioning. She still plays competitively in county squash leagues, keeping her game sharp alongside her coaching. Her technical knowledge runs deep, and she brings that understanding to every session she delivers from beginner to advanced players.

Kara is at her best helping players build confidence and find their feet on court. She specialises in working with juniors and improvers, creating sessions that are structured but genuinely fun. Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or looking to develop your game, Kara will make sure you enjoy the process, see real progress, and feel part of something bigger.

WHAT OUR PLAYERS SAY

I wanted to try a new sport but had no idea where to start. I found Courter and the booking process was so straightforward it gave me the confidence to just go for it.
Lysha M.
I booked a session for my nine-year-old daughter on a recommendation. She absolutely loved her first squash experience and keeps asking when she can play again.
Martha M.
I'd been looking for a female coach for ages. I wanted to get better at squash and start playing competitively but didn't know where to begin. Courter made it so easy to book — I'll definitely be booking again.
